I would have given 5 stars but with the stress I experienced over delivery, I'm afraid I can't give top marks.
I ordered a bottle opener and a chopping board 11 days before fathers day, confirmation email said 2-5 days for delivery. However, my items didn't arrive until the day before fathers day which is fine now however it didn't stop me panicking and stressing the days before wondering if the items would arrive in time and wondering if I needed to get a replacement gift! I sent multiple emails via their contact page, and Facebook messenger and never heard back. I received a refund for delivery charge a few days after delivery which is fair enough and I'm pleased with that, but all I needed was an email to say they're on their way or sorry for delay!
As I say, the items are great, excellent quality but customer service and delivery service is poor.
