Happy Mother's Day Cut Out Wooden Card

Ordered for Mother’s Day, came a couple of weeks late just as I was about to get in touch with my bank and after I had emailed twice without response. The product was really good and my mum loved it but they need to improve communications and delivery times or at least be clearer the required lead time.

The wooden card I ordered looks fantastic and is great quality. Had to mark this score down as it didn’t arrive in time. Took 6 days longer than it should have done so missed the occasion it was meant for.

We ordered 2 Mother’s Day cards for mine and my partners mum, as they are both helping us buy a house we wanted something a bit special and these looked lovely. My partner also ordered me one of the jigsaw cards for valentines with no issues. So we went ahead and ordered. Both cards arrived late, (in separate packages as they packed them up wrong) despite the website saying they would arrive in time for Mother’s Day, with no explanation or email when I enquired the week before as it had not been sent out. When I finally got a reply they just said they were understaffed. If you order something as specific as this you would want it to arrive on time, if they had sent out an email saying they may not arrive in time I would have been more understanding.
