3 Crime prevention

4. If you have opted in or otherwise qualify to form part of our mailing list and no longer wish to receive our newsletter or other promotional communications, you may opt-out of receiving such communications by following the instructions that are included in each communication.

10 Anti-spam policy
What is spam?

11 Mailing practices
11.1 We do not modify the headers of any message in such a way that purposefully makes the origin of the message unclear.
11.2 All undeliverable addresses are removed from all future mailings after no more than 3 bounce-back messages or failed deliveries. 
11.3 All mailings provide clear and simple to follow instructions for opting-out of future mailings and all subscribers will be removed within 48 hours of making a request.
